Spent unforgettable Easter holidays at a converted bank hotel which was one of the highlights of our visit. A cool Vault Bar inside safety deposit boxes was unmissable, and an enjoyable indoor spa with a pool, sauna, etc. , was available and complimentary. the hotel was perfectly located with just a couple of minutes from the Old Town. General manager and other serving staff were friendly, providing great advice, and excellent service with a smile. the room was comfortable and clean, with a cosy waterfall shower. We also appreciated the empty minibar and, for breakfast, we had an excellent selection.

The only drawback was the large hold placed on our credit card on the day of arrival, well over the price of the room, which was unusual but probably standard procedure. All in all, it was a memorable stay, and we recommend this hotel without reservation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the hotel facilities, including the beautiful lobby and restaurant area, exceeded our expectations. The spa and pool areas were also impressive, with exceptional service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, right in the middle of the city's old town district, allowing us easy access to nearby points of interest. The former bank building added to the unique charm and history of this establishment.

I recently had one of the best experiences at The Marmorosch Bucharest, Autograph Collection. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a glass of prosecco at reception. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-kept, with a fabulous interior that showcased its historical charm. The staff, especially the bartender in the main lobby, were knowledgeable and passionate about cocktails, creating a unique and delicious drink for me. The Wellness pool and saunas were a highlight, and the breakfast selection was extensive with made-to-order dishes. The comfortable room, central location, and nearby authentic bars made it an unforgettable stay.

the building is filled with history and our private tour of The Vault was super cool. the hotel rooms are really good and we enjoyed our stay in a suite with a balcony. breakfast was excellent and the staff, especially a friendly Ukrainian girl in the bar and Marian the head waiter, were super helpful and friendly.

Noisy neighbors made our stay less enjoyable.

The rooms were simply spectacular, with chic and well-designed decor. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the main attractions. The staff, the rooms, the location.

While the breakfast buffet had a great selection, some items were not replenished towards the end. the room service was quite expensive for the quality of food received.

The hotel's location is simply fantastic. It is close to everything in the city center, making it convenient for exploring. Plus, being just on the edge of the Old Town, we were able to easily immerse ourselves in the vibrant atmosphere. We were also impressed by the grandeur of the previous National Bank of Romania, which added to the overall charm of the hotel.

The lighting in both the rooms and the lobby was incredibly bright, which was a bit unpleasant. The bright lights made the ambiance less cozy and relaxing.

Our gold room was spacious and lovely, and the staff were all friendly and caring. the restaurant staff, in particular, were amazing, always welcoming us with smiles. the vault bar was a highlight with its amazing cocktails, and the spa, although small, was relaxing. the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of choices and high-quality food. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in a perfect location for exploring the old town.
