The hotel staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond for their guests. The amenities, such as the gym and pool area, are top-tier and well-maintained. Room service offers tasty breakfast options, and the staff even surprised a guest with champagne and a birthday cake.

The parking in the parkade was not ideal.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, right next to a major hockey arena and close to everything I needed. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and even a pet amenities available. The staff went above and beyond, offering a warm welcome drink and providing tours/ticket assistance. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for. I especially enjoyed the in-room breakfast and the comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a fantastic spa and wellness center, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect for relaxing. this place exceeded my expectations in every way!

We had an outstanding stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Curtis Potter, were polite, kind, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel surprised us with an upgrade to a gorgeous Deluxe King Suite, complete with champagne, cake, strawberries, and a handwritten note. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we were impressed by the range of facilities available. The location was perfect, as it was next to Roger's Place hockey arena and close to downtown. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location were the best aspects of our stay.

The Grand Villa Casino nearby was a disappointment, lacking the vibrant atmosphere and variety of games that we had hoped for.

We had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to everything we needed. We were able to easily walk to the City Centre area and even to Rogers stadium, where we enjoyed a hockey game. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with immaculate cleanliness throughout. The breakfast at the hotel was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of options to satisfy our taste buds. The staff were exceptional, providing friendly and efficient service from the moment we arrived.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Our room was clean and tidy, and we loved the birds eye view of the city from our corner suite on the 14th floor. The hotel had a vibrant Las Vegas vibe, and even the scent reminded us of Vegas. They surprised us with a delicious chocolate mousse cake and a birthday card for my husband. The bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The hotel was beautifully decorated, and the common areas were always clean. our stay was unforgettable, and we can't wait to come back for our anniversary!
