Stayed here for 3 nights and loved the quiet and peaceful bedroom with a great view of the pool. the bathroom was amazing, with a separate shower and a luxurious bath. the staff at reception were friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for nearby restaurants. the location of the hotel was perfect, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. the continental room service breakfast was excellent, offering a delicious start to the day.

I honestly can't think of any negative aspects of my stay at this hotel. Everything from the room, amenities, and staff exceeded my expectations.

The front desk went above and beyond to make our stay special by providing us with a stuffed toy for our baby on arrival and offering us umbrellas and toiletries. We loved this place! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to all the major attractions in the downtown area. We also enjoyed the fact that it was situated in a nice central area near great restaurants and shops. We had breakfast at Medina next door which was so convenient when planning our days out. The service here was exceptional from every staff member, each one going above-and-beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and came with great amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. The leisure facilities were also impressive, with a lovely swimming pool, heated pool, steam room and sun loungers.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the downtown area.
