We got amazing value for our money at Excelsior! The room had an incredible view of the sea and the Old Town. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Old Town and right on the water with a private beach. The staff were so friendly and helpful, they really made our stay memorable.

Breakfast items could have been more diverse.

the upgrade to the presidential suite at this hotel was a pleasant surprise and the views of old Dubrovnik were absolutely breathtaking. the staff was helpful and the dinner by the water was a lovely experience. close proximity to the old town made exploring easy.

The view from my room was absolutely stunning and unforgettable. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine was a highlight of my stay. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby old town and the excellent breakfast buffet was a great start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel.

The indoor swimming pool exceeded our expectations; it was elegant and tranquil. The restaurant served a variety of courses with exquisite taste, and the buffet breakfast was outstanding. Additionally, the private facilities provided an exclusive and comfortable experience.

The sauna had restricted hours of operation; however, this minor issue did not impede our enjoyment of the hotel.

Got really good complementary toiletries and a comfortable room, even though there was no balcony. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of choices, and the view to the sea was beautiful.

We booked a room with a side sea view but ended up with a view of the street. It was the only negative part of our stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. There were stains on the furnishings and windows, and the towels and bed linen needed updating.
