We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the housekeeping team doing an excellent job. They were available 24/7 and always ensured our room was spotless. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the spacious rooms had all the necessary amenities and more. The location was perfect, right in the middle of downtown, within walking distance of many attractions and the waterfront. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.

I recently stayed at Le Germain in Toronto for a special occasion and was pleasantly surprised by their thoughtfulness. Felt safe and secure, with no complaints whatsoever.

The hotel room was fantastic! the bed was super comfortable, and the shower had a convenient over-the-head faucet. I also loved the easy-to-control lighting with the master switch next to the bed. the complimentary breakfast was a great perk, especially with the fresh bread and espresso drinks. the hotel's location near the convention center and plenty of places to eat was very convenient.

There was some constant noise, both from the street and the ventilation. However, these issues didn't ruin the overall experience.

Stayed 1 night at Le Germain, wish I could have stayed longer! Easy valet parking. Modern and attractive lobby. Very helpful front desk staff. Room was ready before 4pm. Great room with a huge king bed, beautiful bathroom with a glass enclosed shower, Molten Brown toiletries, and an espresso machine. Umbrella in the room - classy! Comfortable hotel bar. Delicious breakfast with fresh squeezed OJ and made-to-order espresso. Great location near the CN Tower and convention center.

It was all superb.

The room was exceptional, cozy and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and included. The location was perfect for getting around the city. My favorite part was the personal touch of having a Maple Leafs cutting board in my room. Overall I had a great stay and recommend this hotel.

This place is perfect for those who want to be close to everything. You can walk to many restaurants, events at the ACC, and even further out destinations like Casa Loma via the subway or PATH. I loved the welcoming atmosphere, and the staff was very accommodating. They offered room service, car hire, and wake up service. I also enjoyed the in-room amenities such as the mini-bar and ironing facilities. The soundproofed rooms were very quiet, and the air conditioning kept me cool during the hot summer months.

I recommend this venue to others without hesitation.

Superb location, steps away from a stadium and close to supermarkets. We got a bottle of wine from downstairs and some snacks, which made our evening complete. the ambiance was pleasant and the staff made us feel welcome. the room was gorgeously appointed, with a great view and a powerful showerhead - we slept like babies. Highly recommended!
