The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the small refrigerator in my room wasn’t working well. Overall, a fantastic experience for a quick trip.

The hotel is super chic with a modern room layout, fantastic cleanliness, and a killer location steps from the ScotiaBank Arena. We loved the complimentary late checkout and the incredible views from our room!

I had an issue with the privacy of my room. If I didn't keep the privacy button on, cleaning staff would knock repeatedly throughout the day. Also, the communication among the staff seemed poor, as I wasn't informed about the late checkout option, which I could have utilized before my flight. This lack of attentiveness really soured what could have been a perfect stay.

The location, the check-in efficiency, the warm atmosphere was simply grewt.

Spacious modern room with top-quality bedding and a great fast wi-fi connection. The breakfast could have had more options than just a simple buffet.

the only thing was that the breakfast could have more options. but the gym is really nice, and the bathroom had great complimentary products. also, the housekeeping was excellent, always keeping everything spotless.

I loved my stay at the Classic King Room! The bed was heavenly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fresh coffee and tea options in the room. Plus, being so close to the Jays game made it super convenient and fun!

My wife says that a darkening shade in the room would be helpful for a better sleep during the night.

I had such a fantastic stay, partly due to the hotel's wonderfully central location, which made it easy to explore nearby gems like the CN Tower and Rogers Centre, both just a short walk away. plus, the staff were super accommodating and made me feel right at home throughout my visit.

The staff were fantastic, always smiling and super chill. Got early check-in which was a lekker surprise. The location is spot on for the games! The room was comfy and had these fresh robes, and coffee from Nespresso was a nice touch. Loved the easy access to Union Station—travel was a breeze.

However, the firm beds and soft pillows were not to our liking, and a bathroom window into the room felt a bit awkward. Great for families looking to explore nearby attractions.
