We had an outstanding stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, especially Mr. Qays, who provided us with valuable information about the local tourist attractions. The hotel's location provided breathtaking views of the lake and mountains, which was important to us as Turkish nationals. we felt this hotel was on par with others in a similar price category.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to lake view rooms upon arrival in the beautiful hotel. the view was fabulous! All the staff there were very helpful and friendly. the reception provided complimentary passes for the metro and buses, making it easy for us to explore the city. the spa and room were gorgeous, and we particularly enjoyed the Polynesian massage. the facilities were clean and peaceful, and we loved the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom. the bedroom was spacious and the service was very nice. the hotel itself was nicely decorated for Christmas, adding to the overall ambiance. the restaurant also comes highly recommended.

Our stay at Beau-Rivage Palace was absolutely fabulous. The hotel is situated in a phenomenal location, with stunning views of the lake and mountains. The grand Belle Epoque building is filled with timeless charm and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The multiple dining options offered exceptional cuisine, especially La Terrasse and Cafe Beau-Rivage. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring our every need was met. We particularly enjoyed the festive Christmas activities, such as horse riding and marshmallow roasting. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.
