Exceptional service from the staff, combined with a wonderful lakeview room, made for a magical experience! Dining at all the restaurants was a delight, particularly during festive decor.

Simply stunning stay!

We spent just one night, and it was magic! The lake views from our room were breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was a delicious spread. those tiny avocado toastlets stole the show. Only issue was the pool was closed during our visit, which was a bummer after hearing how fab it is in the summer.

The Thai food was a culinary adventure! Also, the exceptional service, especially from Alex, the concierge, stood out. The spa was gorgeous, and I absolutely loved the Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom for a relaxing vibe.

As much as my stay was amazing, the experience at Cafe Beau-Rivage was disappointing. The staff was unprofessional, rushing us and forgetting our cake for the kids. Just left me wondering if management was different there. Such a letdown compared to the hotel’s vibe!

It would be nice if there were more relaxation facilities!!! The dining areas felt crowded at peak times, which really diminished the experience!!! Also, I'd prefer better clarity on pricing policies to avoid surprises!!!

Visit the outdoor dining terraces for a charming experience, especially during the evening when the sunsets over the lake are spectacular.

The location by the lake is breathtaking, making it perfect for relaxed walks. The only downside was the crowded dining areas during peak times, which diminished the experience. Definitely enjoyed the bicycle rental option for exploring nearby areas.

The room was spacious and had that luxurious feel, with stunning views of Lake Geneva. Loved the high-tech features like the mirror TV and centralized lighting control. The bedding was super comfy, making it hard to get up in the mornings! Plus, the arrival chocolate was a sweet touch. My only complaint? The decor felt a bit traditional, but that added to the charm really. Overall, a really lovely stay!

The staff are proper chommies, super friendly and welcoming. I loved chilling in the lounge after a long day, with a stunning view of the lake, really felt like I was on holiday! Oh, and the brekkie spread was just immense, everything looked so lekker!
