The room at Le Nouvel was comfortable and clean. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded me to a nicer room. Although some of the added amenities were unnecessary, it was still a great stay. The location was convenient, with easy access to downtown and nearby metro stops. I also appreciated the in and out parking privileges, which made it hassle-free to explore the city without worrying about parking. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The suite we stayed in was enormous and had a fully stocked kitchenette, better than most Airbnb's we've been to. The view was stunning, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was spotlessly clean. The check-in staff were friendly and professional. We were even surprised when they called to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed anything. It made us feel really valued and taken care of.

I had a very pleasant stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The spacious room was comfortable and the bed provided a great night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the big, clean bathroom. The location was perfect, within walking distance to almost everything I wanted to see and do.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as poor lighting in the room and the need for a grab bar in the shower, the overall experience was positive. The hotel was clean, convenient, and had parking available.

Excellent customer service during a difficult time. We had a family member undergoing surgery and the front desk staff were understanding and went above and beyond to help us. It made our stay at Le Nouvel all the more comforting. I recommend this hotel.

We loved the spacious rooms with great city views, and the convenient amenities like the fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The hotel's location made it easy to explore various places in the city. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and markets to check out. The bed and bathroom were immaculate, and the heating system kept us warm during our stay. It was also nice to see hand sanitizers available in the lobby and on our floor. The friendly staff at the front desk made us feel very welcomed.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a washer dryer. The beds were cozy and I had a great night's sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling St. Catharine street where there was always something happening. The hotel also had beautiful views of the city, which added to the overall luxury of my stay.

I did have a slight issue with the customer service at the reception desk. The employee, Nohora, seemed a bit indifferent and could have used some more training when it comes to customer service.
