A birthday treat and a well needed few days away, we could not have chosen a better place to stay in the Bay. Ideal location with sea views, the staff were all so friendly and welcoming and we could not fault the cleanliness of the place. Super breakfast to set us up for our days of walking and we ate in the hotel's restaurant on our second night and thoroughly recommend it. The atmosphere and staff were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. Well situated on cliffs overlooking beautiful North-east Yorkshire coast, the hotel has character and history, keeping time with modernization. Excellent restaurant, bars, and coffee shop with great sea views. Most rooms have outstanding sea views. Good and varied menus in the hotel restaurant with sea views. Parking available for hotel occupants.

As old people, we appreciated the comfortable accommodations and enjoyable dining experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious four-star hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location was fantastic, right near the sea with breathtaking views. The room I stayed in was top tier, with a comfortable sitting area and all the necessary amenities. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The restaurant and bar were excellent, offering delicious food and a bustling atmosphere. this place is very central, making it convenient for exploring the surrounding areas.

While there were so many positive aspects to this hotel, it would be excellent with a few minor changes. One small issue I encountered was that the hotel failed to advise me that their own car park was available at the back, resulting in me having to park in a pay and display area across the road.

We recently stayed at the Victoria Hotel for a short getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food in the bar and restaurant was amazing, and we loved that it was available at the same prices. Our room had excellent views of the Bay and was very comfortable. The hotel had a unique and non-corporate atmosphere, which we appreciated. The location, high above Robin Hood's Bay, was perfect and parking was available behind the hotel. We also loved that there were other walkers staying at the hotel.

Arriving late due to a vehicle breakdown, the hotel staff went above and beyond to keep in touch and lift our spirits. The friendly and welcoming staff made us feel at home, and our beautiful and warm room with a sumptuous bathroom added to the wonderful experience. The view from the bed across the bay was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast in the newly completed "Orangery" was superb, with attentive staff ensuring everything was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views, excellent food, and exceptional service.

The restaurant itself is decorated in a very stylish way for Christmas, adding a festive touch to your meal. Additionally, the room was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality furnishings and a breathtaking sea view. The staff were attentive and the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the location, room, service, and dining experience were all fantastic.

The Wi-Fi did not work for the first day of our stay.

While our room was lovely and had a great view, we were a little cold at night and a blanket would have been nice. , there were some minor issues with the shower, as it had a drip that we managed to solve by adjusting the shower head.
