The value for money was excellent, the room was beautiful and spacious with a comfortable bed. The location was great, close to everything but still quiet at night. The staff were friendly and even upgraded our room for our anniversary.

Food for breakfast could be improved with small plates and cutlery provided in the room for the microwave.

I recently stayed at this place and I must say that it was a great experience. The location is perfect as it is just above the vast public market on the N. It is also within an easy walk to the SeaBus station which made travelling very convenient. The room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable with plenty of amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen tv. The staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location right above the bustling Lonsdale Quay market. The view from our room on the fourth floor was absolutely breathtaking, with a small patio where we could sit and enjoy the fantastic views of the bridge and downtown. The breakfast coupons worked perfectly at the hotel's restaurant, which had the best view of the city and an outdoor terrace. Being able to grab coffee and food right at the bottom of the elevator was a major plus. And the ease of access through the sea bus made exploring the area a breeze.

Being directly overtop of the Lonsdale Quay market was a major plus for us, as we could easily explore the shops and restaurants without even leaving the building. The convenience was unbeatable. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available to us whenever we needed. The staff were always courteous and knowledgeable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the amenities in the room were fantastic, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee supplies, and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We felt truly pampered during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the North Shore. The location was perfect, right on the harbor and very close to downtown. The view over the harbor was incredible, and I loved being able to see downtown Vancouver across the water from my balcony. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with in-room amenities like a fridge, microwave, and bottled water for coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even came to my room within minutes to fix a minor computer problem. The proximity to the Seabus and other transportation options made it very convenient to explore this city. Additionally, there were many excellent restaurants within walking distance, and I enjoyed grabbing breakfast in the covered market downstairs.

Great location! the hotel is located right on the waterfront, next to the SeaBus station. We loved being able to walk to everything we needed, including shops and restaurants. the view of the harbor was amazing, and we enjoyed watching the people go by. the room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern decor.

The front desk staff could be a bit friendlier and more attentive. Also, the bathroom could use some repairs, as the caulking around the sink was not done properly and the tiles around the bathtub were not fixed well.
