We had such a fantastic stay at this hotel that it's difficult to find any negatives. The only drawback was that the pool was ice cold without any heating.

Our romantic escape was ruined when we found out that housekeeping did not clean our room during our three-night stay. We had to make our own bed, carry out the trash and collect clean towels each day.
