Restaurant Recommendation: The receptionist's recommendation for a fish restaurant turned out to be disappointing. The food was ordinary, fish overcooked, and the service was subpar.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. The staff was friendly and helpful, offering us assistance throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, creating a safe and quiet atmosphere.

There were a few things that we were not entirely satisfied with during our experience. the pool was smaller and less clean than we expected.

We had an amazing stay just off Avenue Da Liberdade, surrounded by designer shops and cool bars. The location couldn't be better. The staff were so helpful, from bringing menus to ordering to getting the bill. We were able to walk easily to Rossio Square and explore the rest of the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a stylish decor. The bathroom was excellent, with modern facilities. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar area, which added to our memorable stay.

Breakfast was not included.

The hotel had a great atmosphere and our room was spacious, well-equipped, and stylish. We were also delighted to have access to a rooftop pool, which was a fantastic bonus. our stay at Browns Avenue surpassed all expectations, and we're already looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful experience at Browns Avenue. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and even surprised us with a bottle of champagne and roses for our honeymoon. They were extremely accommodating when our flight was cancelled and adjusted our bookings so we could stay in the same room. The staff's patience and assistance with our changing airport drop-off was greatly appreciated. The hotel itself is beautiful, with well-decorated and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect, just off Avenue Da Liberdade, and the rooftop terrace and pool provided a relaxing escape from the city. The service throughout our three-night stay was faultless and we highly recommend this special hotel.

The hotel had a cool vibe and was located in a great location, allowing me to walk to most of the sights. The room was spacious, with a separate bedroom and seating area, as well as large windows that could be opened for fresh air. The library was a great spot for getting some work done, and the terrace provided a lovely place to relax. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast selection was also fantastic, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

This hotel is situated in a super fancy beautiful area, close to all shops, making it very convenient for shopping lovers. The design of the hotel is simply beautiful, with a glamorous and classy vibe that immediately catches your attention. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, ensuring that guests feel right at home. The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering a cozy atmosphere to relax in. The bathrooms are splendid, providing a luxurious experience. The breakfast selection is great, offering a variety of options to choose from.

One downside is that the rooftop area is a bit small to be fully enjoyed, especially if you're looking to sunbathe in Lisbon.

There was quite a bit of noise from the nearby lift that interrupted the peacefulness. While the in-room coffee machine and fridge were impressive touches, it would have been nice to have a bar area by the pool to avoid having to constantly traverse to and from the room for refreshments.
