Our room at Melia was incredibly spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area was beautiful with excellent service. The staff went above and beyond. The outdoor areas were meticulously maintained.

The restaurant menu could use more variety and the quality of the food was hit or miss. The prices in the restaurants and spa were a bit high for Thailand.

As business travelers, we loved the stylish and elegant facilities, spacious rooms, and welcoming staff. The outdoor restaurant served delicious food and drinks, and the pool was beautiful. The resort's close proximity to the airport was also very convenient for us.

I had an amazing first 5 days in Thailand at Melia Phuket! The resort is stunning, with spacious and well-equipped rooms. The daily maid service was fantastic. The food, drinks, and staff were all amazing. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a wide variety of fruits, salads, and pastries. The swimming pool and seating around it were comfortable and inviting.

We spent Easter weekend in a newly built hotel in Phuket. the staff was excellent, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We received two complementary activities that we enjoyed thoroughly. the hotel's tranquil surroundings offered the perfect environment for a family getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We appreciated the hotel's proximity to several key attractions in the area.

Had the best stay at Melia Phuket. Lovely staff, quiet location, spacious villas. Perfect condition, luxurious room. Great breakfast, friendly service team. Fun Songkran activities. Good location, nice beach, great restaurants nearby.

This hotel is perfect for a relaxing stay with Spa Lounge, Body Wraps, Beauty Treatment, Manicure, Treatment Room, Foot Massage.

The garden area is beautifully landscaped and has a Saltwater pool with view. Cons: There was a minor issue with mosquitoes on the terrace.
