I recently stayed at the Marriott in Ottawa for a family vacation. The location was great, with everything within walking distance. The pool was amazing and the games floor kept us entertained for hours. The spacious rooms were clean, the free breakfast was good, and the view from the 26th floor was breathtaking. A fantastic experience overall.

We had a great experience at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was centrally located to all the main downtown attractions. We were able to easily walk to all the restaurants and major attractions. The hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The only recommendation we would have is to add more variety to the dinner menu. However, this hotel is perfect for families, with its excellent service and amenities.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel for two nights in October and I must say, it was absolutely perfect for my needs. The location of this place is fantastic, right in the heart of downtown and close to everything. I was able to easily explore and sightsee all around the area. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and kind, always willing to help. They even gave me a great recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfortable, making for a wonderfully cozy stay. Additionally, I loved the option of room service or using the $5 voucher at Starbucks. this venue exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to go back.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ottawa Marriott Hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The parking facilities were convenient, and getting to and from the hotel by car was a breeze. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from the second top floor, where I could see the Ottawa River and the cityscape. It would be even better with some information posters to enhance the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and beautiful views.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of downtown with so many dining options just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the convenience of the in-room amenities like the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. my experience here was wonderful.

Great view of the river from our corner room. the bed was very comfortable and the pillows were great. the breakfast buffet had a good selection and was reasonably priced. the service from the hostess and waiter was excellent, they even brought us maps and a cup to take our tea to go without us asking. Walking distance to all of Ottawa's attractions.

The bathtub in our room was not clean and had rust around the drain. the sheets were not changed during our stay.

Our stay at the hotel was convenient as it was located within walking distance to main attractions, including Parliament. The buffet breakfast served had a wide variety of options and the staff was friendly.

The hotel's outdated decor and cleanliness were a disappointment.

This place is perfectly located for sightseeing in central downtown. We didn't need to use the car hire service as everything we wanted to see was in walking distance, including parliament hill. The staff were fantastic, they gave us a warm welcome and a free drink on arrival. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including tea and coffee making facilities.

Parking payment process was a hassle.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the variety of facilities available, including the indoor pool, kids' playroom, and teen room on the 4th floor. The fact that there was a restaurant and bar inside the hotel was convenient as we didn't have to leave for meals or drinks. The location was fantastic, with numerous attractions in the city center just a few minutes' walk away, including the Parliament Buildings and other historical sites. Additionally, being next to the O-train station made transportation very convenient.
