We had a great stay at the Ascott. the location was perfect, just across from the MGM and Wynn hotels. Taxis were easily available without the usual casino hotel crowds. the housekeeping staff was friendly and efficient, delivering our amenities promptly. the room was nice and the staff even surprised us with a piece of cheesecake to celebrate my friend's birthday. the staff was amazing and the room was extremely comfortable. We were even upgraded to an executive suite, which was incredible!

The suites were large and spacious, with a small kitchen and a washer and dryer, which was convenient during my several weeks of travel. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch, and they provided a good supply of coffee and teas. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short walk from the city center and major casinos like MGM and Wynn. From my room's big windows, I had a nice view of the surrounding big hotels and the waterfront facing the Macau Tower. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff made my stay even more enjoyable.
