We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in this city. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to the town centre and explore all the attractions. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the spa bath hot tub in our room and the ones just outside. The recent renovations added to the charm of the hotel and made it even more welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with bright white bedding that made for a relaxing stay. The staff at the hotel, particularly the friendly and helpful check-in staff, made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Another highlight was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of choices and impressed us with its quality.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Jasper recently. The location was perfect, with a beautiful view. We also appreciated the convenience of parking right outside our room. The upgraded rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, such as a fridge, coffee pot, and microwave. We loved having a secondary sink outside the bathroom, and the air conditioner was quiet and efficient. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering a wide variety of options including cooked breakfast items. The staff in the breakfast room were friendly and hardworking, ensuring everything was constantly topped up and the area was clean. The front desk was also accommodating, fulfilling our request for a ground floor room due to mobility issues. we had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning to this hotel on future trips to Jasper.

The hotel was conveniently located for a nice walk to shops and local attractions. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable with heated floors. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of options. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Some of the TV remote controls were limited, which made it difficult to use for some guests.

The breakfast was awesome, with plenty of food options to choose from and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. Plus, the location was strategic, making it easy to go around the city.

For those with mobility issues, it would have been great if there was an elevator. , the nightstands in between the queen-size beds had gaps which were quite concerning because I had a CPAP machine.

we felt like we got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was comfortable, newly renovated, and had a nice view of the mountains. The location was peaceful and only a short walk away from the main street. The staff was friendly and efficient, particularly the person who helped us on the second day.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the town and restaurants. The spacious breakfast room with a good choice of food was a nice touch. Despite a minor issue with the light fixtures, we were impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of the room. we would recommend it.

Convenient location with easy access to day trip buses and ski hill shuttles. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable with amenities like a fridge and WiFi. Extensive breakfast with good selection of hot and cold items. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Nice extras like plenty of seating and a large table for games.
