Our stay was simply amazing! The hotel's location is perfect, it is located near to supermarkets, accessible to everything on Banff avenue, and right next to Main street. The room itself was sleek, modern, immaculate, and spacious, with a great mountain view from the window. The room's amenities were well thought out and the staff were very cordial. The pool, hot tub, and eucalyptus steam room were great facilities that we enjoyed.

The underground parking could use better signage and wider gate access for easier maneuvering.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center and close to everything. I could easily walk to the Main street and the Banff Avenue where all the shops and supermarkets were. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, like an ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.
