The hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the action. I loved the royal feel of the lobby, it added a special touch to the stay.

The hotel could use some renovations as it was showing its age. It could use some freshening up to match the price paid for the stay.

Staying here was an unforgettable experience. I loved the prime location, which allowed me to walk around the area easily. The park nearby was a great place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff here were excellent and made me feel welcome during my entire stay. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The room was also very soundproofed, ensuring I had a peaceful stay. The restaurant had a fantastic variety of menus to choose from - even special diet menus! The spa and wellness centre was also a great place to unwind, complete with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services.

Would definitely recommend this venue to my family.

Being right in the center of all the action in Niagara-on-the-Lake, guests can easily explore the charming town. The rooms are clean and well-decorated with character, providing a comfortable stay. The friendly and efficient staff cater to all your needs. The picturesque solarium offers a delightful breakfast with delicious food.

Some aspects of the hotel may need refreshing, such as missing valences, dents, and scratches on the furniture and walls.

The Prince Of Wales exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The room was beautifully decorated with soft jazz playing, a rose on the pillow, and lovely amenities like bathrobes and slippers. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could have been more varied or had more options.

We had a nice stay at a hotel on the lakeside, which offered amazing views during the day. The breakfast was delicious and the room was beautifully decorated with a cozy fireplace. We loved the great service and the surprise chocolates left in our room. The hotel was perfectly located in the historical area, close to the chocolate factory and wineries.

The noise from the nearby train station disrupted our sleep.

The hotel had comfortable bedding and a very nice and accommodating staff. They even returned our rented bikes for us, which was a big help. The dinner at the hotel was exquisite, although a bit pricey. The location was excellent and the parking was also great. as someone with physical handicaps, I found the facilities and amenities to be very satisfactory.

We had a good experience on our holiday and received a complimentary bottle of wine which made us feel special. the historical building was charming and the decor was lovely. the location was ideal as it was in the heart of the town which made it easy to explore. We also appreciated the newspaper delivered each morning.

The hotel was quite dated and needed updating. the room was a bit dusty when we arrived and the TV had a grainy picture.
