The suite was spacious, clean, and had a full fridge and microwave. The bed had decent sheets and there were ample towels and toiletries in the spotless bathroom. The hotel had a Keurig in the lobby with a selection of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate, as well as a container of ice water. The on-site restaurant offered excellent dishes at a reasonable price.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the Niagara region. It was centrally located and provided easy access to attractions like Niagara Falls and the outlet stores. Another great aspect was the spaciousness of the room. Having two beds in the room was convenient for our family, and the extra space made it comfortable for everyone. the price of the room was excellent, offering great value compared to other options in the area.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par compared to a previous visit. While it was still cleaner than other motels that are more expensive, it was not as excellently clean as before.

Great Location! the hotel is conveniently located near a winery and brewery, which offered tastings. This made it easy to explore and experience the region. the room was clean and had a kitchenette, which was a convenient feature. the included breakfast every morning was a major plus, allowing us to save money and have a meal before starting our day of sightseeing.

Bring your own towels! the towels provided in the room were small and felt rough, more like tea towels than full-size towels.

Great budget stay in Niagara, clean rooms, free parking, and a convenient location. the two-bedroom setup was perfect for our group. the kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator was a handy addition. the staff was friendly and helpful.

The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable for a college residence. Each bedroom had a TV, which was a nice touch. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was much more spacious compared to other residence inns, with beds that had better and firm mattresses. We were pleasantly surprised to find that more paper tissues were provided, and there was a TV in each bedroom. The HVAC system was efficient and produced lower noise levels. The full-size kitchen, equipped with a full-size fridge and a microwave, was a great addition. The hotel was clean and organized, and the staff was willing to make everything just right. The location in the college campus was convenient, and it was only a few minutes' drive to the outlet stores. we were very satisfied with our stay.

Nothing, everything was excellent.

The staff here were amazing, so friendly and helpful! They went out of their way to accommodate our request to use the lounge/boardroom for some quality socializing time with friends. the rooms were clean and tidy, and we loved the fact that staying here helps support students. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to the highway and close proximity to Niagara attractions.

That our room had a damp and musty smell, although it could have just been a one-off issue. finding the hotel was a bit tricky as the signage was more focused on the college, rather than the Residence & Conference Centre.
