The hotel is conveniently located directly on the square in Fátima, making it a great choice for those visiting the Sanctuary. Its proximity to the Basilica plaza and the Sanctuary itself is hard to ignore after exploring the area. Guests have mentioned comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a satisfying breakfast. The staff seem very willing to help, even if their English is not as fluent as in other hotels.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of town. I loved being just opposite the main square, making it super convenient to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and had a modern and clean design. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy sitting area and a lovely terrace to enjoy. The hotel also had a variety of amenities such as a gift shop and a restaurant that served a delicious breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

The only downside I can think of is that the mattresses were quite hard, which made it uncomfortable for people with hip or knee replacements like me. However, this can easily be solved by using memory foam toppers on the beds.

Our thanksgiving stay was great! The hotel offered us with clean and spacious rooms which were well equipped with modern facilities. The location was perfect as it was just a short walk from the main attraction. The hotel also had a great restaurant which served delicious food.

One of the downsides of this hotel was that we did not get complimentary water with our stay. , our glasses were not cleaned or changed during the entire stay which was a little disappointing.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Rooms

I've been coming here for a few years now and the location couldn't be better. It's so close to the Sanctuary, just a short walk away. The hotel's common areas, like the lobby and reading room, have all been renovated and are really nice and cozy. The rooms are comfortable too, although the bunk beds can be a little scary for the kids. The breakfast is decent for a 3 or 4-star hotel. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
