The location of the hotel was great, as it was situated near a walking path that led to Banff National Park. This allowed for easy access to the beautiful natural surroundings. the hotel was close to many area attractions, providing plenty of entertainment options.

The cleaning fee of $80 seems excessive considering that guests are expected to complete most of the cleaning themselves.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient for skiing at Nakiska and Lake Louise, and we found a kennel nearby for our dog. The hot tub was a nice way to relax after a day on the slopes, and the in-suite laundry facilities were a great convenience. The underground parking with a 7-foot clearance was helpful, especially for vehicles with sport racks.

The apartment we stayed in wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived, and there was a strong smell of grease and garbage. The cleaner didn't acknowledge the issue and the manager was unresponsive when we contacted him.

the condo was perfect - great location, amazing amenities, and all the necessary things in the kitchen. the hot tub was a highlight! our stay in canmore was already great, but rocky mountain getaway exceeded our expectations. we were truly impressed.
