The location of the hostel was fantastic, with easy access to all the attractions and activities in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing useful information about the local area and things to do. The hostel had a bar and restaurant on-site, which was convenient for grabbing a quick bite to eat or enjoying a drink after a day of exploring.

One major downside was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. It got extremely hot during the night, and there were no screens on the windows to keep out mosquitoes, resulting in some uncomfortable and itchy nights.

I had a great experience staying at this hostel. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast, especially the delicious pancakes with maple syrup, was a fantastic option. The hostel also had a lot of activities and events like snowshoeing and music bingo, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The bar downstairs offered cheap food and drinks, which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and the shower was always nice and warm. The hostel also had a good level of security with key-access doors for the rooms and separate floors. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

There were a couple of drawbacks that I noticed during my stay. The shared bathroom situation was a bit inconvenient as there was only one bathroom for the whole hostel.

Their kindness really brightened my day. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything in town and also the ski shuttle. The private room I stayed in was cozy and cute, and the shared bathroom was kept very clean by the staff, which was a nice touch in a hostel.
