Hostel had fresh bagels and sugar waffles for breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location in Kensington Market. Clean and well-maintained toilets. Well-equipped kitchen with outlets at each bunk.

The location in Downtown was awesome - so many cool spots around! the staff was incredibly helpful and sweet, especially Giada who went above and beyond to assist me. the clear and quiet rooms were a major plus, with curtains for everyone. 🌟 the common areas could do with a bit of updating, but honestly, it didn't bother me at all. Great spot!

I was in the city for work and needed a convenient, budget-friendly place for the night. Samesun met my needs perfectly with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, and great location near public transport. the staff was kind and accommodating, and I even enjoyed special evening events. Kensington Market's vibrant neighborhood added to the experience.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The staff was super helpful and friendly, always ready to give advice on what to do in the city. the shared kitchen was a bonus, offering free kitchen supplies. the location was excellent, within a short walk to grocery stores, Kensington Market, Chinatown, and public transportation stops. the breakfast spread was impressive, with bagels, fruit, waffles, and good coffee available. Free luggage storage and daily towel changes were convenient perks.

The neighborhood could feel a bit sketchy at night, with a high concentration of drug addicts and homeless individuals. It was recommended to take an Uber instead of walking alone at night.

The noise level was unbearable in certain rooms due to loud vibrations from the furnace and music from a nearby shop.
