The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving great recommendations for sights and activities in the area. the breakfasts served were absolutely delicious, and the sun-soaked breakfast room added to the enjoyable experience. the cozy and immaculately decorated rooms were clean and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. the location was also perfect, being close to the high street and waterfront.

The experience was exceptional from start to finish.

We had an amazing value for our money at this B&B. The room was comfy, beautifully decorated, and had a newly remodeled bathroom. The location was perfect, close to the harbor and within walking distance of restaurants and activities. Colin and Peter were incredibly friendly and accommodating hosts.

The breakfast menu could use some variety.

My partner and I recently stayed at Seaway Manor in Gananoque for three nights. Peter and Colin were fantastic hosts, making our stay superb. They accommodated my gluten allergy with delicious biscuits and scones for breakfast. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Peter gave us great sightseeing recommendations, including a wonderful cruise from Ivy Lea. The B&B is conveniently located close to the waterfront park and boat tours. Colin and Peter truly went above and beyond, even providing us with helpful tips for the rest of our trip. We highly recommend this place 100%. Bonus points for the amazing cookies!

We had an exceptional one night stay at Seaway Manor. Colin and Peter, our hosts, were welcoming, informative, and incredibly helpful, especially with suggesting our road route for the next day. the cleanliness of the room and common areas was exceptional and made us feel comfortable in these challenging times. the homemade breakfast, including delicious banana bread, eggs, and bacon, was a highlight. They even accommodated my wife's gluten-free dietary needs. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Seaway Manor without hesitation!
