I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and I especially loved the outdoor bath. The massage chair in the room was a great addition, providing ultimate relaxation after a long soak in the hot bath. The souvenir store had a wonderful selection, and the lady working there was not only beautiful and youthful, but she also spoke excellent English and introduced me to the local delights. it's a fantastic place to stay, especially for families.

This place is highly recommended for everyone.

The room was spacious and had a private hot spring tub, which was a great way to relax during the holidays. The buffet breakfast had a good variety and we enjoyed the local delicacies. The location was nestled in a scenic area surrounded by nature.

The service was not up to par. The staff did not seem very friendly or helpful, which put a damper on the festive spirit. Additionally, the parking situation was inconvenient and confusing, especially during the winter weather. it felt like the hotel was lacking in the warmth and hospitality that we were hoping for during our Christmas getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this Japanese style hotel. The room was spacious, clean and modern, with an amazing private outdoor bath. The staff were friendly and the onsen was open 24/7, providing a truly relaxing experience. We also enjoyed exploring the nearby supermarkets and dining at a charming yaki tori place. The location was conveniently close to sightseeing spots, making it easy for us to explore the area. All in all, a very relaxing place with great facilities and a beautiful view.

The hotel could improve on their service, particularly in terms of providing clear information about their lounge club and restaurant operating hours.
