On our special anniversary, the upgraded room with a bottle of wine made our stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel unforgettable. The staff's kindness and breathtaking views truly made our celebration magical. The overpriced buffet breakfast was the only downside. Will cherish the memories forever!

Sheraton boasted a perfect location with breathtaking room views and delicious breakfast offerings. the hotel's convenience for tourists and beautiful amenities in the lobby made the stay truly enjoyable.

Late room readiness, closed washrooms, and soft pillows were minor inconveniences, but no major complaints.

I absolutely LOVED the room with a great view of the Falls and park lights! the breakfast discount was a nice touch. I would stay again for the view. the room was much better than in photos.

The location was superb, within walking distance to all the attractions and right across a lovely garden. the view from the rooms was spectacular, and my little one loved exploring the area. the rooftop pool was a hit, especially with the affordable lunch options and the mesmerizing fireworks display at night. the staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

While my stay was mostly pleasant, I believe the hotel could work on improving the cleanliness standards and noise levels in the rooms. more efficient elevator service during peak hours would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

Breathtaking Falls View and Comfortable Rooms

One minor disadvantage was the delay during the check-in process, although the early check-in option compensated for this.

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate and had all the expected amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh scent in the room upon arrival and the beautiful view from our window. Even though it wasn't a fall view, it was still jaw-dropping. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we were thrilled to be able to walk along the river and downtown. The bed was super comfortable and we loved that the hotel was connected to the waterpark and other attractions. We had an amazing breakfast at the fallsveiw restaurant and enjoyed the buffet both days. The water park was a ton of fun and we also had a great dinner at the attached Rainforest Cafe. our stay here was absolutely mind-blowing and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Highly recommend!

The room upgrade we scored had an amazing view of Clifton Hill with a peek of the fireworks, and the valet parking was top-notch with super friendly staff. However, the outdated baby crib didn't meet expectations, forcing us to share the bed, which wasn't ideal, but it didn't ruin our overall experience! 🌟

The view from our King Jacuzzi Falls View room on the 20th floor was simply breathtaking, and the room was impeccably clean. The hotel's facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge, added to our relaxation. Being near landmarks like the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and Horseshoe Falls made our family time even more memorable, despite some minor interactions with less than welcoming cleaning staff.

We had a great experience at the hotel. the receptionist went above and beyond to find us a better room after a rough first night. the room was beautiful and we got a discounted rate. the location was perfect, with a view and close to various theme museums, activities, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the relaxing spa day. the hotel was also child-friendly, which was a plus.

Craving an escape, I booked a room with stunning views of a world-famous natural wonder. With a rooftop pool offering relaxation and an unbeatable bar, I found myself blissfully disconnected from reality. The city provided endless entertainment, and the spa's serene atmosphere was a welcome retreat after a day of exploration. From breakfast to the conference center, every detail was top-notch. Niagara Falls did not disappoint, and I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the falls. It was just a short walk away from the falls, perfect for a morning stroll. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to the town's attractions. I had a great time and enjoyed the excellent service.

During my stay at Sheraton, I had the chance to experience their remarkable spa with breathtaking views of the American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls. The relaxation lounge offered a serene environment to unwind, and the Infinity Hydrotherapy Tub provided a truly unique and luxurious way to enjoy the panoramic views of the falls. Additionally, visiting the Niagara Fallsview Rooftop Pool and Bar was a highlight of my trip, offering unparalleled vistas and a perfect spot for relaxation.

Elevators were the worst.

This hotel has a great location, right on Clifton Hill in the center of everything. You don't need a vehicle to explore as everything is in walking distance. Plus, the hotel offers rooms with excellent views over the falls. Imagine waking up to the amazing view of the waterfalls or enjoying a relaxing soak in the jetted tub on your balcony. And the breakfast here comes with spectacular views of Niagara Falls, making it a truly memorable experience.

All was okay, but could have been better.

The view from my room at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was absolutely breathtaking. I was lucky enough to have a room facing the falls, which provided a stunning sight. The room was spacious and bright, with a window that opened to the sights and sounds of the Falls. It was a great viewing spot for the evening light show and fireworks, truly enhancing my experience.

Sadly, my otherwise delightful stay was marred by some unexpected fees associated with my room. The total cost ended up being significantly higher than initially expected, due to tourist fees, parking fees, and taxes on the parking which were not disclosed upfront.

Excellent location with falls view rooms and included breakfast. Mixed staff, pleasant housekeeping. Brusque check-in, smooth check-out.
