On our special anniversary, the upgraded room with a bottle of wine made our stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel unforgettable. The staff's kindness and breathtaking views truly made our celebration magical. The overpriced buffet breakfast was the only downside. Will cherish the memories forever!

We were absolutely blown away by our stay at this hotel. The room was immaculate and had all the expected amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the fresh scent in the room upon arrival and the beautiful view from our window. Even though it wasn't a fall view, it was still jaw-dropping. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we were thrilled to be able to walk along the river and downtown. The bed was super comfortable and we loved that the hotel was connected to the waterpark and other attractions. We had an amazing breakfast at the fallsveiw restaurant and enjoyed the buffet both days. The water park was a ton of fun and we also had a GREAT dinner at the attached Rainforest Cafe. our stay here was absolutely mind-blowing and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Highly recommend!

The room upgrade we scored had an amazing view of Clifton Hill with a peek of the fireworks, and the valet parking was top-notch with super friendly staff. However, the outdated baby crib didn't meet expectations, forcing us to share the bed, which wasn't ideal, but it didn't ruin our overall experience! 🌟

The view from our King Jacuzzi Falls View room on the 20th floor was simply breathtaking, and the room was impeccably clean. The hotel's facilities, such as the indoor swimming pool and spa lounge, added to our relaxation. Being near landmarks like the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark and Horseshoe Falls made our family time even more memorable, despite some minor interactions with less than welcoming cleaning staff.

We had a great experience at the hotel. The receptionist went above and beyond to find us a better room after a rough first night. The room was beautiful and we got a discounted rate. The location was perfect, with a view and close to various theme museums, activities, and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the relaxing spa day. The hotel was also child-friendly, which was a plus.

Niagara Falls did not disappoint, and I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return.

Additionally, visiting the Niagara Fallsview Rooftop Pool and Bar was a highlight of my trip, offering unparalleled vistas and a perfect spot for relaxation.

Elevators were the worst.

This hotel has a great location, right on Clifton Hill in the center of everything. You don't need a vehicle to explore as everything is in walking distance. Plus, the hotel offers rooms with excellent views over the falls. Imagine waking up to the amazing view of the waterfalls or enjoying a relaxing soak in the jetted tub on your balcony. And the breakfast here comes with spectacular views of Niagara Falls, making it a truly memorable experience.

All was okay, but could have been better.

The view from my room at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel was absolutely breathtaking. I was lucky enough to have a room facing the falls, which provided a stunning sight. The room was spacious and bright, with a window that opened to the sights and sounds of the Falls. It was a great viewing spot for the evening light show and fireworks, truly enhancing my experience.

Sadly, my otherwise delightful stay was marred by some unexpected fees associated with my room. The total cost ended up being significantly higher than initially expected, due to tourist fees, parking fees, and taxes on the parking which were not disclosed upfront.

The hotel's proximity to the falls and local attractions made it an ideal transit stay for my journey. the hotel's outdoor terrace pool and full-service spa provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience after a day of adventure.

The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. The staff were accommodating and helpful, arranging transportation and printing boarding passes. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. We will definitely return for the great location and service.

I recently stayed at the Sheraton for a weekend getaway with my family. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the pools offered a perfect height with beautiful views from the rooftop pool. The elevators were efficient and spacious, making it easy to transport our baggage. The valet service made us feel like royalty, and the hotel's location near Clifton Hill and the casino was fantastic. All of the employees were fantastic as well, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

While the hotel overall was great, there were a few minor issues. The hotel room felt somewhat dirty, with noticeable finger/handprints on various surfaces.
