The location was perfect, with an incredible beach that was groomed daily and friendly staff everywhere.

We were particularly impressed with the personalized service from Octavio at the omelette station, the amazing drinks crafted by Luilly and Alejandro at Rhapsody, and the attentive servers like Augustin and Abel at Haiku. The cleanliness of the hotel and the extra touches from the maids, Guadalupe and Maribel, made us feel pampered. Despite the issue of seaweed on the beach, we can't wait to return next year. I highly recommend this hotel.

The check, in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. the rooms were comfortable and had eco, friendly features like motion, sensored AC. the pools were lovely, although the water was a bit cold in January. the pool bartenders and servers provided excellent service. the food at the restaurants was great and the staff provided top, notch service.

There were not many free activities available at the resort, apart from the pool and beach. It got boring after a few days as there were no leisure activities to do.

The location was great with easy access to the beach and other attractions nearby. the resort was beautifully designed and had top-notch amenities for guests to enjoy. the Christmas-themed activities and decorations were a nice touch.

Service at the restaurants was slow and disorganized despite the place not being too busy. the customer service was just average.
