The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with customizable omelettes on weekdays and a waffle machine on weekends. The staff was friendly and helpful, and room service was excellent. a great experience.

Just got back from an amazing city trip! One of the best aspects of our stay was the incredibly comfortable bed and the amazing room service. We were pleasantly surprised to find strawberries, champagne, and cheeses in our upgraded room after we mentioned it was our anniversary. the location was perfect too, close to many attractions. Another fav was the accommodating pool hours.

The bathroom was a bit outdated and the tub finish was a bit dull. we had no access to the garage so had to rely on valet parking which was a bit inconvenient.

Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice TV. the bathroom shower worked amazingly well, especially after spending time on the canal skating. We also appreciated having a fridge in the room. the hotel's location was perfect, with key attractions like Parliament Hill and the Byward Market within walking distance.
