Sweet as place, but the shower pressure was weak as and the bar closed early. On the upside, staff were super friendly and breakfast was delish! Chur!

This was just a great match for a short-term stay in Florence with the best value for money ratio. The breakfast was minimal but had a cozy ambiance that made mornings enjoyable. Try to explore some nearby restaurants for more meal options.

Had a fabulous two-night stay! The hotel’s design is a delightful mix of elegance and charm, and our room had stunning city views. The location is perfect for walking to attractions, like pros!

This place is amazing! We loved the spacious suite and perfect location—right in the heart of everything. The breakfast was the best we've had in Firenze, with tons of options! One thing tho, the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times, which was a bummer for planning our days.

wow, la gemma is such a sweet hotel! the staff was super welcoming and even gave us free cocktails when we arrived. they helped us carry our bags and answered all our questions. the rooftop has a sick view of the duomo, and even tho it wasn’t officially open, we checked it out anyway. Love the chill but classy vibe. felt super comfy throughout our stay!

Only downside was the noise from the street at night. didn’t have the best sleep because of it and breakfast was a bit basic.

We had an incredible stay, especially enjoying the in-room massage treatment and the delicious meals at the restaurant. The spa offers fantastic options, including a sauna and rejuvenating massages. The only small hiccup was having to remind housekeeping a couple of times for towel refills. Definitely try the restaurant's dinner specials! 🍽️
