The staff was incredibly polite and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable from start to finish. The location was perfect for our family event, and we loved the open lobby space with a bar and coffee shop. The shower in our room was lovely, although it would have been nice to have a separate area for hair drying. The front reception area had a helpful staff, with one team member going above and beyond to retrieve a forgotten item from our room. The rooms were clean and the towels fluffy. We also enjoyed the access to the Raquet club, where we played squash and found the staff to be friendly. Finally, the little sports shop run by Didier had great prices on sports clothes.

We had a great stay at the Sheraton in Richmond Hill. The room we were assigned was clean and tastefully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the Sheraton Club on the 9th floor was a nice touch. The staff members were professional and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We also enjoyed the delicious food from room service, which was delivered promptly. The ample free parking was a bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Nothing, it was perfect.

The hotel is perfectly located close to everything, including the Richmond Hill Markham area. The suite's sitting area was spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with fluffy towels provided. The breakfast offered at the hotel was excellent, providing a great start to the day.

The indoor swimming pool is in need of an upgrade.

I had a great stay at this hotel for a conference. The staff was considerate and quickly resolved a small issue during check-in. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pictures accurately represented the suite I stayed in. The hotel is conveniently located near the highway heading downtown and close to everything I needed. the facilities and cleanliness were top-notch.

We loved the convenience of having a Starbucks inside the hotel, as well as individual Starbucks coffee packs in our room. The location was perfect, with easy access to various amenities, all within a 20-minute drive.

my recent stay in richmond hill was fantastic. sheraton exceeded my expectations with their friendly staff and comfortable rooms. the gym and pool were also great amenities that i enjoyed.

The room was clean and in good condition, with comfortable beds and ample space. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. The staff was friendly and professional, providing good service throughout our stay.

There were some minor maintenance issues, such as flaking paint on the ceiling and scuff marks on the hallway doors. The towels provided in the room were limited and there was a mix-up with the bathrobes that were supposed to be included with our upgrade.
