Friendly cleaning lady on our floor, comfortable and clean room, fantastic breakfast with Starbucks, decent location with restaurants nearby, great soundproofing.

My stay at the hotel was great value for my money. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view of the runways and park from the window. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, especially the kind lady who spoke to me in Ukrainian and Polish to brighten my day.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more variety or options.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the spacious and clean rooms to the nice pool. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including tasty meats and cheeses. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Doreen at the reception. We also appreciated the convenience of parking and the comfortable beds with high-quality linens. this hotel provided a wonderful experience.

During my stay at Sheraton, I accidentally left my purse in the hotel lobby. I was in a panic, but the amazing crew, especially Aneesa, went above and beyond to help me. They quickly located my purse and even arranged for an Uber to deliver it to me securely. I was incredibly impressed by their exceptional service. The crew at the hotel was always attentive, ensuring that everything was perfect during my stay. The personalized attention, such as remembering my drink preferences and seating preferences, made me feel truly valued as a guest. The service at Sheraton is truly top-notch!

Although my stay at Sheraton was wonderful, there were a few minor drawbacks. The lack of housekeeping meant we had to dispose of our own towels and garbage.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the entire breakfast team made me feel like a VIP. The room was spacious and the view from the window was breathtaking. I loved being able to use the gym and pool, it added an extra level of luxury to my stay. The attention to detail was outstanding, with ice, coffee, and conditioner all provided. Everything was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I can't wait to come back!

I recently had a fantastic experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city and close proximity to the airport. From my room, I had an amazing view of the runways and a beautiful park. The bed and other furniture in the room were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day. I also appreciated the added convenience of having a refrigerator and coffee machine in the room. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I could bring my cat along without any additional fees. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special shoutout to the kind lady who spoke to me in Ukrainian and Polish, it really cheered me up!

The pool was a highlight of our stay, as it was empty and the water was warm. the room had a great location and we were able to check in early in the morning. One more advantage that we enjoyed was that the windows could open slightly, preventing the room from feeling stuffy.

The 3rd floor hallway was in need of a makeover, with old carpeting and a dated color scheme. the hotel was not conveniently located near the downtown core or public transportation, requiring us to take Ubers to get around.

Great amenities and friendly service. The breakfast was amazing and had a lot of hot and cold options, along with an omelette station. We even got to enjoy Starbucks coffee. The location is convenient when you are traveling, just 5 minutes away from the airport, with a shuttle bus that was very helpful. We were impressed with the multiple complementary snacks provided during our stay.

The prices of snacks from the front desk store were very high, especially compared to gas stations. There was a ball of hair on the floor that was left uncleaned.
