I stayed at Barcelo Santiago for a relaxing getaway and loved it so much that I cut my second hotel stay short to come back here. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with a can-do attitude from the friendly staff. The all-inclusive service is amazing, with food available 24/7. The breakfast and lunch options are delicious, and the bar is open until 1am. The facilities are great, with plenty of activities and a stunning view. This is honestly my favorite hotel ever!

The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection and the quality was excellent. We enjoyed starting our day with a glass of cava while admiring the nice view from the dining room. The facilities and room advantages made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.

There was some noise disturbance from doors slamming by other guests and cleaners.

The hotel had great pools and facilities, with a spa bath on the terrace providing added privacy. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and always willing to help. The ice cream machine was a bonus, and the refillable water bottles and water machines around the hotel were a nice touch. Housekeeping was excellent, even returning to clean the room later in the day.

The beach of Los Gigantes was a worth-walking distance, and there were other beautiful places to explore, like the natural swimming pool. The hotel also had various entertainment programs and even had its own app for easy requests and problem-solving.

I had an amazing week in the winter sun at Barcelo. The hotel was spotless and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location with the giant cliffs and ocean view was incredible. The room size was decent and the amenities like the pools and sun beds were sufficient. The restaurant had an amazing view and was huge.

We had the most breathtaking view of the ocean right from our balcony. The crashing waves against the rocky shore were absolutely mesmerizing. It was the perfect way to start our mornings!

We had a wonderful Xmas break at this hotel. The food was amazing, especially the Christmas dinner and complementary drinks. The location was perfect, right by the sea, with beautiful views of the ocean. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to help us in any way they could. We also enjoyed the pool and the sun loungers.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t very good and kept disconnecting, which was frustrating. some other guests smoking on their balconies made it a bit unpleasant for us.

my recent stay in puerto de santiago was incredible, but my time at barcelo completely blew me away. the location and views were breathtaking, the staff were attentive and efficient, and the food and drinks were amazing. everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the variety of activities available. barcelo truly exceeded my expectations.
