Absolutely loved the breathtaking views and the chill vibe of the place! The room was comfy and clean, perfectly appointed for some much-needed relaxation. Being a bit away from the craziness was just what we needed.

Had a minor issue with the jacuzzi plug – surprise, surprise! And don't even get me started on the bathroom privacy – think fishbowl vibes, not exactly ideal!

The ocean views from my room were unforgettable, especially from the jacuzzi on the balcony. The buffet meals had so much variety, making each meal a new experience. The animation team was fantastic, always engaging guests with activities and entertainment.

While the service at the pool bar could improve, especially during peak hours, we had to wait longer than expected for drinks. The breakfast area was sometimes crowded, leading to a bit of chaos. Also, the coffee options could be better organized to streamline access.

Stunning views, friendly staff, the infinity pool was a highlight for relaxation and the varied morning breakfast buffet provided plenty of delicious options to start the day.

i thought i was at a nursing home with all the seniors everywhere, and the food was so bland i almost choked, i could hardly believe i was paying for this ever-so-average experience. and to top it off, i expected a complimentary room upgrade for all my trouble—no such luck. just appauling customer service, so disappointed!

absolutely loved my first room, which had such a lovely fence view, so picturesque! finally after creating a scene, I got a room that was actually interesting, but it was cold since there was no sun. also, no toilet brush in the bathroom—what do they think we are? this place woudl ve been less miserable with some attention to detail.

We enjoyed the stunning ocean views from our room and the varied food options were impressive. The hiking routes around Tenerife were perfect for our kids, who loved exploring different landscapes. Special thanks to the animation team for keeping everyone entertained!
