For a quiet experience, opt for a room in the Desert Suites rather than the Lavender building, which may not meet expectations.

Our stay was highlighted by breathtaking views from our suite's balcony. The pools were spacious, and the surrounding artwork showcased native history. The wine tasting experience was a delightful bonus.

Unfortunately, the suite's decor felt outdated and needed attention. There were several maintenance issues, and overall cleanliness was not at par. Service in the restaurant left something to be desired.

The resort offers stunning views and well-maintained pool areas, which are great for families. However, the restaurant's limited menu and noise levels during weekends can detract from the experience.

Unfortunately, we encountered serious maintenance issues during our stay. The corners of the throw carpets were turned up, leading to several near falls. Additionally, the hot tub had sharp edges from broken molding, which was concerning, especially for children. Overall, it felt like the upkeep had declined over the years, and it was disappointing given the beautiful surroundings.

Enjoyed three nights in a lovely one-bedroom suite with beautiful views. The winery tasting was a highlight! However, I faced issues with service responsiveness, especially at check-in. Tip, Call ahead for parking arrangements and be patient for bell services. Breakfast was decent but high-priced.

Great location right by the beach and lake. The staff was friendly, especially the concierge who scheduled our activities. Loved the outdoor space for having drinks and soaking up the sun. 🏖️🍹

We spent a fantastic time at this resort with my sister, enjoying the beautiful views and the lovely beach bar. The kitchen in our suite was well-equipped, and relaxing on the balcony with a drink while the kids played was just perfect.

For dads, it would be great to have more activities for children.

my previous stay in osoyoos was nice, but this summer, the unbound collection by hyatt really exceeded my expectations! the one-bedroom suite was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful kitchen, making it easy to relax and cook meals. the staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring we had the best experience possible.

heads up, the fridge in our suite was very loud.

the ac was a bummer but those views from our balcony made up for it! loved chillin by the two pools, so much space. oh, and the artwork around the place was super cool and interesting.

the facilities were clean and well kept, especially the kitchen. on our second night, neighbors were noisy early morning but it was tolerable.

Great heated pool and free wi-fi. Room was outdated and expensive for the quality.
