Despite minor check-in issues, stay at Spirit Ridge was enjoyable. Spacious suite with great amenities, beautiful views of Osoyoos, and delicious meals at on-site restaurant. Staff encountered some challenges, but overall a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Would consider returning in the future.

During our stay over Christmas, we absolutely loved the beautiful views from the hotel. Being situated on a hillside surrounded by vineyards made for a truly picturesque setting. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and offering great recommendations for local activities. Another highlight was the delicious food at the restaurant. Despite a slight hiccup with the food preparation, the server went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant dining experience.

One area of improvement would be the need for some updates in certain areas of the hotel. the dated paint and carpet could use a refresh to enhance the overall aesthetic.

Our stay at Spirit Ridge was absolutely incredible. The property is nestled amidst stunning mountains and vineyards, creating a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere. Our room overlooked the golf course and mountains, providing a breathtaking view. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed readily available, from coffee and tea to kitchen supplies. The on-site restaurant, Bear, Fish, Root, and Berry, offered delicious food and excellent service. The staff followed all safety protocols and were friendly and helpful. The conference center was spacious and well-equipped for our event. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the resort and look forward to returning for a family vacation soon.

The location of this resort in the Desert of BC offers a unique and picturesque setting. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the lake and vineyard, as well as the golf course and mountains. Additionally, the resort provides a hot tub area where guests can relax and unwind, away from the hustle and bustle. The large buildings are cleverly nestled into the side of the huge mountain, adding to the overall charm and natural beauty of the surroundings.

The lack of cleanliness in both the rooms and common areas was a major downside of our stay. From spaghetti sauce on the light switches to dirty floors and unsanitary hallways, the overall cleanliness left much to be desired.

We loved staying here. The location in a desert vineyard was stunning, and we enjoyed walking through the vineyards. The service was great - we were particularly impressed by the friendly staff who provided helpful recommendations for things to do. We appreciated the free shuttle service, which made it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of amenities. We especially enjoyed the balcony with its beautiful view, and the on-site golf course was a bonus.

The complimentary wine pairing with meals was a fantastic touch and added to our experience. the location of the hotel was ideal for exploring the local area, with plenty of nearby wineries and art galleries. the onsite cultural center was also interesting and informative.

The air conditioning in our room shut off in the middle of the night and staff were unresponsive when we raised the issue. the bed was uncomfortable and caused us discomfort due to its sagging.

The swimming pool could have been cleaner and the poolside atmosphere could be improved, as some guests were loud and disruptive. the service at the coffee shop was slow and they got my order wrong.

We had a very pleasant stay at Spirit Ridge, in the Unbound Collection By Hyatt. The resort is beautifully decorated with attractive decor and comfortable beds and couch. We loved that it is located away from the hustle and bustle, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The value for money was excellent, as we got the same price as the Holiday Inn but with a much more luxurious experience. Additionally, the presence of pools and hot tubs was a great bonus, even though we didn't get a chance to use them. The location of the resort was perfect, serving as a convenient halfway stop between Kimberley and Squamish. I highly recommend staying here with your family. I'll definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at Spirit Ridge in Osoyoos! We stayed for a stagette weekend with 12 girls, and the resort was perfect for our group. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with full kitchens and beautiful views. The adult pool with pool service was a great addition, and we loved having the winery on site. The option for a shuttle to the beach was convenient, although we were more than happy spending our time at the pool. a beautiful, relaxing, and enjoyable stay!
