The hotel had amazing staff who were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. From the fitness center with expert trainers like Michel Gell to the concierge staff like Jackson and Oscar, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. the room itself was luxurious and well-appointed, with a stunning bathroom featuring a beautiful shower. the view from the 13th floor was also very good. And the restaurant had delicious food and a wonderful atmosphere, with attentive and friendly staff.

There were no negative aspects of our stay at this hotel.
