Exceptional Service and Unbeatable Views

the ocean view from the comfortable bed was unbeatable, and the suite's amenities exceeded our expectations. minor improvements could be made in room temperature control and bathroom details.

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect for a long holiday weekend with the kids and grandkids. We loved being able to enjoy meals on the large wraparound balcony with a view of the ocean. Additionally, the spacious master bedroom with its beautiful sunken tub was a great feature. Lastly, the well-stocked kitchen, including a barbecue on the balcony, made it easy to prepare meals and enjoy our time together.

Our stay was great and there's really nothing that could be improved upon.

The beds are so dreamy, you'll never want to leave! Plus, the suites are spacious and chic, complete with a cozy fireplace. Service is top-notch, with rooms that exceed expectations.

The hot tub jets need some oomph, and beach access could use an upgrade. Pool surrounded by trees is cool, but needs better leaf clean-up.

The rooms at this resort were spacious and exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the suites, and it made our stay very comfortable. the customer service provided by the staff was exceptional. We also enjoyed the convenience of having multiple rooms next to each other for our family gathering.

That the fitness center could use more equipment, especially free weights. As health-conscious individuals, we felt it could be improved by offering a wider range of equipment.

We recently stayed at Sunrise Ridge for a family vacation and had a fantastic time. The suite was spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, allowing us to cook a full turkey dinner for our trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to any extra requests we had. The condo had everything we needed, including a gas BBQ on the outdoor balcony, and the pool was a hit with both us and the kids. Rathtrevor beach is close by and perfect for walking, cycling, or simply enjoying the beautiful surroundings. We will definitely return with our adult children and grandkids for another memorable family vacation.

The room at Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness and comfortable bed. The shower was amazing and the two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The customer service was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Brandy at the front desk was super friendly and accommodated our request for an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The hot tub was a great way to relax in the evening.

Felt like being at home, no complaints whatsoever.

Difficult access to the beach and limited waterfront units. Some additional charges, such as for a high chair and daily cleaning.

The room was tidy, the beds were comfortable, and the location was central. the hotel was in close proximity to beautiful beaches and restaurants. the hotel staff was polite, helpful, and friendly.

Our stay was not without hiccups. We had no access to an on-site restaurant, which made eating out a requirement.

The customer service was excellent, they went above & beyond to make sure I had a great stay. The room was beautiful and I enjoyed the hot tub that night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was easily accessible from the hotel.

The location of the resort is ideal for those looking to enjoy the beach. It is close to the beach, allowing guests to easily access the beautiful sandy shores. the resort provides easy access to Parksville after being in Vancouver's city centre, making it convenient for exploring the local area.

One downside is that the beach access may be limited at times due to construction. It would have been preferable if there was a way for guests to still access the beach during the construction period.

Stunning views! the villa we stayed in had amazing ocean views from the patio. We loved sitting outside and enjoying the breathtaking scenery. the villa itself was spacious and comfortable, with two king beds and en-suite bathrooms in each room. the resort also had a pool that was just a short walk away, adding to our enjoyment.

There were a few disappointments. the shower head in our villa had minimal pressure, which made for a less than satisfying shower experience.
