Great Value for Money

We stayed at Kingsgate Hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the great value for money. The room was comfortable and clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore the area. Despite some minor inconveniences like a stuffy room and a lack of bathroom fan, we were overall satisfied with our stay. The friendly staff and delicious food at the restaurant made our experience even better. I would recommend this hotel for its affordability and convenient location.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with shops and the shore of the lake just a short walk away. I stayed in a comfortable room with a clean bathroom. The service was attentive and friendly. The breakfast at the on-site restaurant was delicious and the view from there was breathtaking. The hotel also provided some great facilities, including a lovely walking path along the lake. it was a pleasant stay with plenty of amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Te Anau. The staff at the reception were incredibly helpful and gave us all the information we needed about the Milford Sound road closure due to snow. The location was perfect, close to cafes and restaurants, and right on the lakefront, which made for stunning views. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including French toast and pancakes, which were a delicious alternative to the typical scrambled eggs. a wonderful experience.

The room service was a bit inconsistent, with the guest welcome booklet in the room missing a page referring to it.

Enjoyed Thanksgiving here and the staff made our stay amazing. We received complimentary gifts which was a lovely touch. the room had a great view and was well equipped with all the amenities needed. the location was also a key factor, with plenty of activities and dining options nearby.

The shower had some issues with the water temperature constantly fluctuating and the housekeeping needs to be improved as the bathroom was not completely clean. However, overall it was a pleasant stay and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and affordable stay.
