During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the spaciousness of the room, which was perfect for our family. the location of the hotel was also convenient, allowing us to easily access nearby attractions and restaurants. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the comfortable bed, making for a good night's sleep.

There were some aspects of our experience that we were not satisfied with. the bathroom felt cramped and could use some improvement in terms of space.

I appreciated having a choice of room types, whether it was a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed or a room with a king-size bed. Additionally, the hotel provided basic amenities that met all of my needs, including a breakfast that was included in the price.

My family and I recently stayed at Staybridge Suites in Reno for three nights. We were traveling to visit family and the location was very convenient, especially for getting to and from the airport. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the staff, particularly the ladies at the front desk, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a spacious two-bedroom suite with a king and queen bed. The bedding was clean and comfortable, and having the extra room provided privacy for everyone. We also appreciated the abundance of fresh towels and the option for breakfast, although we didn't take advantage of it due to plans with our family. Stuart, one of the staff members, was exceptional in offering directions and suggestions during our stay. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was great to have a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Staybridge Suites.

The coffee was always available and hot. the breakfast spread offered a good selection of options. the hotel was located close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas, which made it convenient for us to explore.

It was clear that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. the towels and linens were also not replaced on a regular basis, despite our requests.

The kitchenette was well-laid out and convenient. The hotel was quiet and perfect for families. The amenities, such as extra pillows and multiple televisions, were appreciated. The bathroom products in wall-mounted containers were a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch.

I recently had a nice overnight stay at a hotel located about 6 miles south of downtown. The modern facility is situated in a good area and offers very nice rooms that are clean and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the spaciousness of the rooms, which included a kitchenette with a full refrigerator. The hotel staff were really nice and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a delightful breakfast spread with a variety of options including scrambled eggs, bacon, cereals, muffins. Another great perk was the beer and small spread offered in the evening, which added a nice touch to my stay.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great and there were no major issues.
