The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the Whistler and Excalibur gondolas, making it super convenient for skiing.

The heating in the room was quite inadequate, as we experienced ice on the inside of the windows during a cold spell. I would have appreciated a more efficient heating system.

Great central location and friendly staff. Wi-Fi worked well, but the lift was out.

just returned from my stay and I have mixed feelings, if only the bathroom could be hot all the time! also, it seems like the hotel is infested with noisy guests, stomping around like they own the place. I also woudl ve been delighted with a simple room upgrade for all my troubles but, of course, that didn’t happen.

The location was super close to everything fun in the village. The shower hot water was hard to regulate.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Spacious rooms offer comfort with well-kept amenities and courteous staff actively supporting requests. Amenities like the water tap with sparkling and still water were also a pleasant surprise.

Such a fab spot, just a hop to lifts and the village! Rooms were spacious enough for all my luggage. A little hot tub after a long day was just what I needed.

The bathroom could use a little TLC, and hair on the sheets—yikes! I didn't sign up for a furry friend on my vacation!

No on-premise bike cleaning facility!!! Shower's hot and cold water flow needs better regulation!!! Room decor could use updates, feeling outdated and average at best!!! Parking rates feel a bit steep!!!

Absolutely loved the spa and sauna after a long day skiing! Super convenient access to ski lifts made it a breeze. The overnight snowboard storage was a nice touch too. We had a partial view of the mountain from our room—sweet!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the gondolas and right in the heart of the village, making it easy to access shops and restaurants. Several amenities, like the free carbonated water and coffee in the lobby, added a nice touch to the stay. Parking is available under the hotel, though it comes with a daily fee. The restaurant had a high price point, and while the food was decent, it didn’t quite match the cost for our taste. A slight inconvenience was having to carry ski shoes to the room, which seems common in the area.

The hotel's central location made it easy to access the village and skiing. The staff were adequately informative, though could improve on friendliness. Room was decent, just a tad too average without notable amenities. Appreciated the filtered water in the lobby. They do charge for parking, which is standard around here.

Awesome friendly staff gave good recommendations for wings in Whistler! The room was clean (loved that) and I really appreciated the free WiFi. Plus, the location was super convenient for exploring the area.
