I felt like I was wrapped in a cozy blanket in my room at the Nelson House B&B – the soft bed linen and double pillows made for a dreamy sleep. the delicious breakfast overlooking the garden was a serene start to my day.

TV was a tad small for my liking, and I couldn't open the windows for some fresh air.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and charm of this old home, with a lovely garden. the location was perfect as I was heading to Cape Breton Island, very close to the backyard. the breakfast was a highlight, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. the friendly and helpful staff added to the welcoming atmosphere.
