I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway with friends. The staff at Royal Anne were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay very pleasant. The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The lobby was inviting, offering hot chocolate and lemon tea. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with nice bedding and a small deck to relax on. The complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with a wide variety of choices. a wonderful stay at a great hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was perfectly clean and well kept, making for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a larger-than-average refrigerator and freezer compartment and a surprisingly spacious balcony. The TV was much larger than expected, adding to our overall satisfaction. The location was excellent, within a short walk of many good restaurants and a beautiful park beside the lake. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary breakfast had a wide selection of fresh fruit, pastries, cereal, eggs.

It's surrounded by pubs and restaurants, making it the perfect location for those who want to immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere of the downtown area. The rooms with balconies overlooking downtown offer a great view of the bustling streets below, and it's a wonderful spot to people-watch or take in the city lights at night. The staff here are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and taken care of. The basic amenities provided in the rooms are sufficient for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast served in the morning includes healthy options, such as hard-boiled eggs, which are included in the price of the room.

The parking situation could be improved - it would be helpful if the hotel made it clearer about the limited space available in the underground parking lot.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a great area. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the downtown business section. You can easily explore beautiful downtown Kelowna on foot, with all its wonderful places to eat and see. The rooms are very nice with a huge shared balcony, and the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the air conditioning and the great view from the room. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, suggesting some fantastic family-friendly restaurants for us to try. The continental breakfast, included in the room rate, was delicious. With a view of the street, it offered a variety of healthy options and even had hard-boiled eggs.

The continental breakfast had a great selection and was very good. the staff, location, cleanliness, and breakfast were the best aspects of my stay.

This hotel provided excellent value for our money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the location. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see, making it very convenient for our overnight stay. The staff was friendly and provided attentive service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, easily accommodating three people. We appreciated the basic amenities provided, although it would have been nice to have some cheese or ham included in the continental breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was much better than other continental breakfasts we've had, offering a good selection of options.

Sound traveled easily from room to room, which could be improved.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel right in the downtown area, just a couple blocks from the beach. The location was perfect as it was close to everything we wanted to do in this city. We were within walking distance to numerous restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, and nightclubs. The staff was super friendly and professional, ensuring our check-in was smooth and allowing us to check in early. The room was very spacious and clean, with lots of counter space in the bathroom. The free breakfast had many options and tasted delicious. the hotel facilities and cleanliness were outstanding, making our stay enjoyable.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised to receive two complimentary gifts from the hotel staff, which really made me feel appreciated as a guest. the hotel was located in a prime spot, just a stone's throw away from all the festive attractions and events in the area. the room itself was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the city lights that lit up the night sky.

Although the room was clean and cozy, it was a bit noisy at night due to the proximity to a bar next door. the noise level from the street below made it challenging to fall asleep, and I would recommend requesting a room away from the street.

The location of this hotel is perfect—right downtown close to shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. It was so convenient to have everything just steps away from the hotel. Furthermore, the breakfast offered at this hotel was superb. They had a wide variety of options and everything was nice and fresh. The staff even provided individual bags with more than enough food to start the day. Lastly, the rooms were very spacious and well-appointed. It was nice to have a clean and comfortable space to relax after exploring the city.

The only aspect that could be improved was the smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Though the room was big and clean, it had a noticeable odor upon entering.
