Likes/Best Aspects: The location of this hotel was ideal for our New Year getaway. It was conveniently situated near the beerfest we attended, so we didn't have to worry about driving. Additionally, the room was very comfortable, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were also friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed during our stay.

There were a few negative aspects we encountered during our time at the hotel. One issue was the confusion regarding the billing, as we had booked through a third-party site.

The hotel room was exceptionally clean and the front desk staff was very polite. I was delighted to find a nice bar on site, which was perfect for relaxing and meeting up with friends from college. In the morning, the tasty breakfast and clean restaurant were a great start to the day. The manager also informed us about a convenient shuttle service to the school, saving us the hassle of parking.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't be better - it was right across from all the attractions I wanted to visit. Plus, there were several local bars within walking distance, making it convenient to enjoy the entertainment area. The hotel facilities, especially the pool and hot tub, were clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. The staff, particularly Jason the bartender, were amazing and made me feel like a part of their family.

My recent stay was great! The location was perfect, close to restaurants and everything I wanted to do. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities I needed. The service was excellent, with staff going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Breakfast was tasty and filling. I loved the view from my room, and the tranquility of my surroundings.

That there was some noise from other guests in the hallway at night, but it wasn't too disruptive.

This hotel was just what we were looking for - situated across the concert venue and close to the river walk. The staff was attentive and the basic amenities were spot on with breakfast included. We loved the view from our room which had 2 beds and a quiet heater. Great value for money!

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn in Dubuque for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, right across from Five Flags. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. The staff, especially Emma at the front desk, went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. She even gave us a discount due to a gas leak issue. the staff was accommodating, the room was comfortable, and the location couldn't have been better.

Totally recommend this hotel.

The room we chose, a suite, was well worth the extra cost with its comfortable king bed, spacious bathroom, and ample reading lights around the sofa. Additionally, the hotel's location downtown was perfect for us as it allowed for easy access to restaurants and attractions like the river walk.
