The hotel was located in downtown which was convenient and bustling. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities and the prices were good value, especially for a king bed room with a good view. The breakfast provided was included in the price and was better than expected, with a sufficient choice for our onward journey.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and energetic, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were always available to answer my questions about the area and provided great recommendations. The hotel facilities were well-appointed and clean, and I particularly enjoyed the games room and indoor pool. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it allowed me to easily reach all the places I wanted to visit without wandering too far.

As a budget traveler, I was pleasantly surprised by the half hour check-in call, pool access before our room was ready, and friendly staff. The availability of board games added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The comfortable and clean beds were a highlight, and the hotel made sure kids felt welcomed. The pool and games room being open late made the stay even more enjoyable. The continental breakfast impressed me with its hot options like eggs, bacon, and sausages, along with delicious waffles topped with whipped cream and fruit. the facilities and amenities were great, making it a good location for a budget traveler.

The free breakfasts were really good and had a good selection, including hot items like eggs and sausage. The hotel was located near many restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for eating and shopping. The staff were very helpful and friendly, even offering us free complimentary drinks upon check-in.

The location was a bit sketchy, being next to the railway track and close to an area that we wouldn't feel safe walking around at night. The room we stayed in had dirty sheets and pillowcases, which made it hard to trust the cleanliness of the rest of the room.
