My family and I had a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel. The two-queen room was spacious and modern, and the breakfast was delicious. We loved the rooftop bar and pool, even though the prices were a bit high. The complimentary Tesla car service was a unique and exciting perk, especially for my son. Special thanks to the helpful reception staff who made up for our delayed check-in with a price deduction and late check-out. And I can't forget to mention the great assistance we received from the concierge desk.

The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the housekeepers. The room service team was top-notch. The bed and pillows were perfect, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We loved the heated bathroom floors and the scent in the lobby and elevators. The hotel's location was great, with lots of theaters, bars, and clubs nearby.

We loved everything about our stay at this hotel. The aesthetic was welcoming, warm, and beautiful, with a focus on sustainability and repurposed materials. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were excellent, providing excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a new gym and a rooftop pool and bar with a breathtaking view. The location was perfect for us, as it was very close to fun bars and within short walking distance to the CN Tower, Aquarium, Chinatown, Kensington Market.

The hardwood floors in the room were a breath of fresh air, especially for someone with allergies like me. The simple decor and floor-to-ceiling windows added to the bright and open atmosphere. The clean marble bathroom was a bonus. The hotel's funky vibe and easy access to downtown made exploring the city a breeze. The main areas were always clean and there was a convenient baggage storage after check-out. The staff was professional and accommodating, even offering access to the rooftop pool and lounge after check-out. The 360-degree view from the rooftop pool was breathtaking, and the service and food/drink quality were top-notch.

The breakfast buffet at 1 Hotel was absolutely amazing! There were so many options to choose from and the food was delicious. We especially loved the fresh fruit and pastries. It was the perfect way to start our day. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooftop pool provided stunning views of the city, and it was a great place to relax and unwind. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend staying at 1 Hotel for a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
