The hotel's central location is convenient, with plenty of parking options and nearby malls and restaurants. The food at the hotel is delicious, and the view from the 16th floor is stunning. They provide all the necessary amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, and soap, as well as a safe in the room. a great hotel experience. Can recommend.

They even helped us book tours and gave us recommendations for nearby restaurants and malls. We also enjoyed the delicious buffet breakfast and the bar/lounge area. The staff here really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Great stay at Fiesta Americana! Loved the modern and clean rooms, especially the Huge TV and rain shower. The friendly staff, especially Carlos and Orlando, made us feel welcome. Convenient location with Starbucks across the street. The fitness club looked nice, although we didn't have time to use it. The only downside was the slow elevators. I highly recommend this hotel.

The size of the room was impressive and provided plenty of space. the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. the hotel's location was convenient and made it easy to get around via Uber. It was also centrally located to the places we wanted to visit. the hotel lobby was beautiful and created a great first impression.

The hallway on our floor seemed outdated and in need of an update. the bathroom fixtures also appeared old, and we had difficulty using the bathtub stopper.

They provided toiletries and had a great view. The room had a safe and the staff was friendly. We were upgraded twice, with the second upgrade being to a suite on the top floor. The location was convenient and the price was excellent. Coffee was offered with a smile upon checkout.
