The room decor is outdated!!! Faucets in the bathrooms don’t function properly and can’t be hung, which is inconvenient!!! Charging for local calls? A bit excessive, considering the room rates!!!

The gym is impressive! Plus, you can indulge in a great breakfast buffet to kickstart your day. Easy access to nearby restaurants made dining options enjoyable!

The air conditioning didn’t cool the room adequately, leaving it uncomfortably warm! Also, check-in delays spoiled the initial excitement of my stay.

i had a great stay at fiesta americana! the location is perfect, right in the city center. the room was spacious, and the beds were super comfy. i really loved the bathroom setup with that huge shower and high-quality toiletries. plus, it felt very secure!
