The maid service on our floor was outstanding, ensuring our rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's attention to detail in room design and bathroom amenities was impressive. The staff, from the operations manager to the housekeeping and front desk associates, were welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated the exceptional laundry service provided.

We had a freezing night at the hotel, but the staff at W Toronto went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They quickly provided us with a portable heater and made sure we had everything we needed to keep warm. The beds were also incredibly comfortable. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.

We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape. the hotel's location was perfect, with key attractions and restaurants within walking distance. It made exploring the city so convenient. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for our stay. We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect, right at center of the city, next to the Hudson Bay department store. Plus, it had direct access to the subway which made getting around a breeze. The room itself was top-notch, with comfortable beds and high-quality toiletries. We particularly loved the convenience of checking out through the TV and leaving the keys in the room. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, which was a refreshing change from other hotels we've stayed at in the city. We would definitely recommend this venue to our family and friends.

We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast we paid for as we couldn't find where to go. though, this hotel was a great choice and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the subway station on Bloor and a variety of great stores and restaurants in the area. The staff members were helpful and friendly, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained.

The location was amazing, just a few blocks away from everything! The hotel staff was perfection, from the operations manager to the housekeeping and front desk associates. They provided us with must-see locations. The 6th-floor bar was amazing, perfect for friends going out at night. The breakfast included was very good, and we loved that it wasn't a buffet. The restaurant staff was lovely, and the lounge bar had great food. Bartender Ken was very nice, and we always look forward to seeing him on every visit. The maid service on our floor was amazing, and our rooms were very clean. The comfortable beds and Marriott sheets were a plus.

The hotel also had a fitness center and a beautiful garden area, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

The only downside we encountered was the Wi-Fi charge. It would have been nice to have complimentary Wi-Fi, as most hotels nowadays offer it for free.

One of the things I didn't like about my stay was the noise levels. There were other guests who were very loud outside of my room, disturbing my sleep both late at night and early in the morning.
