Our stay at Union Street Inn was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The breakfasts served on the patio were delicious and made to order. The garden was a peaceful oasis where we could relax and enjoy our daily breakfast and nightly night cap. The location of the inn was excellent, close to town and the harbor, making it easy to explore Nantucket without needing a car. The inn even provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for us to use during our beach trips. Room #7 was cozy and full of charm, making us feel like we were in a time capsule. Union Street Inn exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to plan our next visit.

The bathroom in our room was slightly narrow, which may be a bit uncomfortable for larger individuals. Additionally, it would have been helpful to receive more information about the ferry in advance, such as the availability of bringing a car.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is close to fabulous restaurants, allowing you to easily indulge in delicious meals. Additionally, it is conveniently situated close to everything whether you fly in or travel by ferry. The rooms are beautifully appointed, with comfortable beds and elegant furnishings. The personalized service provided by the staff is outstanding, ensuring that your every need is taken care of. The breakfast spread is sumptuous, offering a wide variety of choices to start your day off right.

One aspect of the hotel could be improved. The bathroom facilities could use some updating to match the elegance of the rest of the room.

The Christmas spirit was in the air during my stay at this hotel. The complimentary hot cocoa bar and festive cookies added to the cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the downtown area and close to the ferry landing. I also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions.

My room was located near a noisy staircase which made it difficult to sleep in on mornings when other guests were walking up and down the stairs. the lack of a fitness center or on-site gym was a downside for me as I like to stay active during my travels.

I was especially impressed with the in-room breakfast, with fresh and delicious options to choose from. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and activities for leisure.

My only minor complaint was that the outdoor dining area was a bit small. However, this hotel more than made up for it with their beautiful garden area and picnic tables, providing a picturesque backdrop for a relaxing afternoon.
