We had the most amazing vacation at Jumeirah Al Naseem! The service was outstanding and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We were warmly greeted at the front desk and made to feel like VIPs throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning, with beautifully decorated rooms and a variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. The pool and beach areas were pristine and the service there was top-notch. We felt truly pampered and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

We had an amazing beach experience here, as we spent days lounging under umbrellas on the private beach. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to answer our questions and help us with rides. The spa and wellness centre provided a perfect relaxation spot, with different treatments available in the treatment rooms. We also enjoyed the delicious dining options ranging from poolside snack bars to the restaurant. This place had everything we could ask for to make our stay luxurious.

This hotel is simply amazing. the location on one of the best beaches is unbeatable. We enjoyed the outdoor space with fantastic Burj Al Arab view from our room. Secondly, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to detail. Lastly, the breakfast served every morning catered for every taste.

All aspects of this hotel were up to par, truly no complaints.

Located next to the beach, this hotel offers a fantastic ocean view which overlooks the stunning Burj Al Arab. The rooms are tasteful and spacious, with modern touches such as touchscreen controls. The staff are welcoming and provides great service with timed cleaning services. Breakfast choices are exceptional with SO many options and very delicious. The beautiful public areas are perfect for people watching.

The hotel's light switches and thermostat in the room are overly complicated.

The rooms are well-equipped with modern amenities and offer stunning views of the surroundings.

This hotel was an absolute luxury experience. the exclusive amenities were beyond my expectations and every one of my luxurious needs were fulfilled. the spa and wellness center was exceptional, providing full body massages with high-quality service. the outdoor swimming pool was heavenly with sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. the private facilities were spectacular- I felt the utmost privacy.

the poolside snack bar had an excellent menu, including halal food.

Varied and delicious food with excellent service throughout the resort, including attentive pool attendants. Recommended for both couples and families, this resort provides a soulful and relaxed atmosphere.

The complementary drinks and snacks in the lobby were a nice touch and the free shuttle to the nearby mall made exploring the area easy. the location is great with easy access to sightseeing spots and shopping malls. the indoor pool was a nice escape from the heat.

The breakfast buffet was subpar and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. the room wasn't properly cleaned and there were issues with the air conditioning.
