The service was first class, staff were professional, helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a separate living room area and a cozy open fire. Complimentary wine and chocolates were a nice touch. The hotel's location was excellent, with lots to see and do nearby in this walkable city.

The couch in the sitting area was uncomfortable. It was too firm and not ideal for lounging or relaxing.

Fantastic service and helpful staff. They were attentive and responded positively to all our requests. We can't thank them enough. The location was also great, centrally located for easy access to restaurants and shopping. The hotel had a charming boutique feel and we enjoyed the amenities such as the spa and restaurant. Despite a few minor drawbacks, our overall stay was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

For the price we paid, we felt like we got amazing value. The room was absolutely gorgeous, with high-end linens, a walk-in closet, and even a jacuzzi in the bedroom! The staff treated us like royalty, sending up congratulations treats for our honeymoon and making sure we felt extra special throughout our stay. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. the room was clean and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed. We also loved the turn down service, with delicious cookies left on our bedside table. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the convention center and right across from the art gallery.

We loved the upgraded suite, great location near shopping and the harbour. Friendly staff and enjoyable visit.
