the staff at hampton inn were incredibly helpful, providing all the information we needed about the port shuttle, parking for our car, and storage for our belongings. their excellent service is just one of the many reasons why we choose to stay at hampton inns while travelling to and from florida every year.

We loved this place for our pre-cruise stay! The free shuttle service was a breeze and made it so easy to get to the terminal. Plus, this hotel is in a great location close to a mall where we picked up last-minute items before our trip. The staff really went above and beyond in assisting us with their friendly service – from the front desk staff to the general manager, we were truly amazed. The room was also very comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a sitting area.

The property was very nice and conveniently located near the airport. The transfer shuttle was available every 30 minutes and the continental breakfast was really good. The staff, especially Tiffany Williams, was attentive, friendly, and helpful. The hotel clerks were also welcoming and polite. Workers at breakfast were polite and courteous.

Free Uber rides and timely shuttle service made our day trip convenient. the hotel location was great for exploring the city and provided easy access to public transportation. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff who always greeted us with a smile.

The hotel was not wheelchair-friendly with no backup generator, and several facilities were non-compliant with ADA codes. the room was not properly ventilated and had a musty smell.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hampton Inn. I was in town for a few days and found the hotel to be conveniently located near various amenities. The complimentary shuttle service to the airport and other locations was a major plus. The facility was clean, and the breakfast provided was excellent. The front desk staff was friendly and provided great customer service. I also appreciated the little store on-site where I could purchase drinks and food for the microwave.

This hotel offers great value for money with its reasonable prices. The location near the airport and cruise port is very convenient, especially with the nice shuttle service available. This hotel was the perfect location for us as we were in transit through the airport. It was super close, and we were able to get to the car rental return in less than 10 minutes. Not only that, but we were also able to drive to the beach in about 15 minutes and there were several stores nearby for any shopping we needed to do. The breakfast provided was pretty good, with a variety of options including eggs, bread, bagels, waffles. The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
