I experienced significant issues with the wifi, which was extremely frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed it for online meetings. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, and it took way too long to get it sorted out—plus, I still missed an important meeting because of it. To top it off, the manager offered no compensation or apologies for this hassle, which left a sour taste about my stay.
