We traveled to celebrate my birthday and the hotel made it perfect. The staff, especially Paula and Diego, were incredibly kind and helpful. They even arranged a van for us to visit the wineries. The cafe sent us cake and fruits to celebrate, and breakfast was delicious with a variety of options including made-to-order omelettes and a self-service buffet. The location is excellent, close to the Costanera Center and subway station. We also enjoyed the nearby Baco restaurant and hot chocolate cafe. a fantastic stay!

The location is excellent, very close to a metro station and in a really fun neighborhood. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast. The buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, including a coffee machine and an eggs station where they cooked omelettes.

Our experience was dampened by the noise level in the hotel. We could hear people talking and doors slamming from the hallway, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

Great comfortable hotel in a good location. Excellent Location, walking distance to malls and good restaurants. Rooms have two double beds, complete bathroom with shower, electric kettle with complimentary coffee and tea. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area. They also have an info kiosk to book tours and activities.

The cleaners forgot to replenish the tea/coffee/creamer etc on 2 continuous days. the gym is in a small converted room, feels packed with only 2 people.
